What was the impact of storms Eta and Iota on Guatemala?

Tropical depressions Eta and Iota struck in November 2020. The UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) published the official assessment “Evaluación de los efectos e impactos de las depresiones tropicales Eta y Iota en Guatemala” (LC/TS.2021/21, 25 February 2021): the estimated impact on growth was ~0.1 percentage points of GDP, with disproportionate harm to rural Indigenous communities in the middle of the pandemic.
