Which rule binds my plant on wastewater discharges, and since when is it enforceable?

Government Agreement 236-2006, the Wastewater Discharge and Reuse Regulation, in force since May 12, 2006, sets permissible limits and phased compliance stages;… for generating entities the parameters have been mandatory since May 2, 2024. Government Agreement 285-2022 extended to May 2, 2025 the deadline for municipalities to comply with treatment systems; that extension applies to municipalities, not to industrial generating entities.
