By city: Guatemala City 519, Quetzaltenango 513, Chimaltenango 485, San Marcos 458 and Antigua Guatemala 444. Only the metropolitan area, Quetzaltenango and Sacatepéquez beat the national average of 510; Escuintla, site of a proposed BPO hub, records the lowest score on the list.
