Synergy Industrial Park is a private industrial park at km 53 of the Pacific motorway, in Escuintla, developed by Spectrum (the real-estate arm) and Grupo Pantaleon. Initial investment: more than US$20 million. Area: coverage cites 715 acres and also '500 hectares'. It was inaugurated in April 2024 and, a year after launch, reported more than 1,400 jobs created.
