The National Statistics Institute (INE) publishes Municipal Management Statistics with series going back to 2014 in four areas: economic (municipal finances, fixed-line telephony), social (vital statistics, violence, traffic incidents), environmental and institutional, and it exposes the datasets of its Municipal Management Statistics Unit on the open data portal (CKAN). The property tax (IUSI) collected by municipality exists in the municipal finance data of INE/MINFIN (SICOIN GL or local government portals), but the exact endpoint remains to be identified.
The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.
