There is no public ADR/RevPAR series (STR/CoStar) for Guatemala. What has been published: at Holy Week 2024 bookings ran around 90% nationally and 95% in Antigua (ASOPROTUR, small and mid-sized hotels), with rates of Q500–Q1,500 a night for a double room in Antigua. At the end of 2025 occupancy exceeded 90% in Antigua, Petén, Izabal and Atitlán (Christmas 70–80%, New Year 80–95% in the formal hotel sector); the Antigua trade association reported 'full occupancy', large and mid-sized hotels required a 3-night minimum and Airbnb filled up before the small hotels did. The oldest structural datum (ECLAC/CEPAL, c. 2014) puts Antigua's occupancy outside high season at ≈40%, with stays of 1.8–2.7 nights and 31.9% of international tourists visiting Antigua.
