How many Airbnb listings are there in Guatemala City and Antigua, and what occupancy and revenue do they generate?

Private data, not comparable with each other: Airbtics counts 3,093 active listings in Guatemala City, median occupancy of 49%, ADR of US$52 and average annual revenue of US$9,000 (Nov 2024–Oct 2025); AirROI counts 3,376 listings,… occupancy of 33.4%, ADR of US$60,… RevPAR of US$20 and revenue of US$4,951 (Aug 2025–Jul 2026). Antigua shows ≈2.6 K listed places to stay and ≈121,000 accumulated reviews according to Airbnb's destination page. Against the 74 formal hotels / 1,262 rooms of 2014, Antigua's informal capacity exceeds the formal stock in number of units. Formal hoteliers report 'demand fragmentation', and Antigua's small hotels lose out to Airbnb in high season. There is no count by destination for Atitlán or Flores.
