Can my project access IFC, IDB Invest or CABEI money directly? What about Proparco, JICA, EIB or KEXIM?

According to the cited documentsTo be confirmedFinance

The pattern in Guatemala is that the multilaterals lend through the banks (on-lending to smaller firms) or to large corporates with a green or social agenda. A mid-sized project reaches that money through local banks, not directly, except for tickets of US$50 million or more with an ESG record, such as Pantaleón, CMI or Energuate. Proparco and LAGreen co-invested in the BAC + Positivo bond, and JICA and FinDev Canada in BI's green package.
