Art. 60 AG 137-2016, 2016 textAGThe framework is the Environmental Evaluation, Control and Monitoring Regulation (Governmental Accord 137-2016), amended by Governmental Accords 121-2018 and 317-2019; activities are classified into categories A, B1, B2 and C under the schedule of listed activities. The license is issued by DIGARN or by MARN's departmental office against the approving resolution, on application and payment: "once the requirements before MARN have been met, the period for issuing or renewing and delivering the license shall not exceed 5 days" (art. 60, 2016 text); minimum validity of 1 year and maximum of 5 for categories A and B, at the applicant's request (art. 61 as amended by Governmental Accord 121-2018); category C and minimum-impact activities are exempt from the license unless they apply for one in order to operate.
