Inmobiliaria Grupo Industrial describes itself as 'a real-estate firm with more than 15 years of experience marketing property' that 'promotes real-estate projects developed by construction companies' and specialises 'in leasing and selling condominium office-warehouses', with several projects in the metropolitan area (Petapa, La Paz, Naranjo, Indulogic, Eco Plaza, Fraijanes, Punto Atlántico, CAES), likewise with no public rates on its home page.
