Yes. Decree 29-89 (the Maquila Law) establishes a temporary admission regime for exporters operating outside free zones and ZDEEPs, administered by the Ministry of the Economy (MINECO) and the tax authority (SAT). FUNDESA publishes the decree and its amendments.
