MARN, the environment ministry, publishes categories A, B1, B2, C, C+PGA and CR (registration activities). For A and B1 the instruments are the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA, predictive) and the Environmental Diagnostic (corrective); for B2, C and C+PGA, the Initial Environmental Assessment (EAI, predictive) and the DABI (corrective); for CR a registration form applies under Administrative Resolution No. 010-2021. Official costs and timelines by category are not published on the pages consulted; the number of the RECSA regulation (Governmental Agreement 137-2016?) and the Listado Taxativo currently in force were not confirmed in a primary source.
