On top of employer contributions (12.67%), the employer pays two additional monthly salaries a year: the aguinaldo (Decree 76-78) and Bono 14 (Decree 42-92), each equivalent to one month's pay. To these are added the incentive bonus of Q250 a month (Decree 78-89 and amendments), already in the file as the verified indicator bonificacion_incentivo, and 15 working days of vacation after one year of service (Labor Code, article 130). The dossier found no primary online source for the decree numbers or for article 130 and lists them as pending confirmation against official publication by Congress or the Labor Ministry (MINTRAB); until then they must be treated as legal status to be confirmed.

The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

Caveat

legal status to be confirmed: the decree numbers and article 130 have no primary source in the dossier; the citations cover the payroll-contribution context and the Labor Code, not each individual benefit

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
