In 2023 INTECAP offered 78 long-duration programs and 418 short courses or programs across 28 training centers, with more than 1 million training hours and more than 24,000 events in the previous year (AGN, 19 June 2023). It is funded by the mandatory 1% employer levy on payroll, which forms part of the total 12.67% employer contribution alongside social security (IGSS, 10.67%) and the workers' recreation institute (IRTRA, 1%). For an employer, that 1% is the cost of access to the public technical-training system; the dossier proposes the indicator intecap_capacitados_anual drawn from the annual reports.

The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
