Within MAGA's Vice-Ministry of Agricultural Health and Regulations (VISAR), the National Aquatic Animal Health Programme (PRONASA) is the animal-health programme for aquaculture, and VISAR's import/export section publishes the forms that apply to aquatic products: the application for zoosanitary import authorisation of hydrobiological products (aquatic animals), the import-permit application for unprocessed food of hydrobiological origin and the application for a sanitary licence to transport live aquatic animals, plus the traceability slip. DIPESCA appears within VISAR's own menu, which places fisheries regulation and aquatic health under the same vice-ministry. Processed foods, by contrast, are registered with the MSPAS.
