According to the cited documentsLand and property

Governmental Agreement 151-2024, the new regulation to the Act Regulating Territorial Reserve Areas, has been in force since Oct 1, 2024, replacing AG 432-2002 with new requirements and procedures; according to a note from the firm Berger Pemueller & Asociados, it requires a bond before the contract unless the whole rent for the term is paid in advance. OCRET's legal-framework page still listed AG 432-2002 as the regulation in force as of Aug 22, 2026 (out of date). The text of AG 151-2024, requirements, current rents per m², terms by use, and whether the 30 years apply to every use, has yet to be obtained.
