Yes. The Central America–Panama and Central America–Dominican Republic FTAs are listed as in force by MINECO; the OAS's SICE records the signature of the Central America–Panama FTA on 6 March 2002 and of the Central America–Dominican Republic FTA on 16 April 1998. The Dominican Republic is also a CAFTA-DR party, so there are two preferential instruments with that country. The file does not yet hold bilateral series for the Dominican Republic.
