After Brexit, the United Kingdom and the six Central American countries (Panama included) signed a continuity Association Agreement in 2019 (MS No.32/2019, published on 6 August 2019) that replicates the trade pillar of the agreement with the EU: preferential tariffs, quotas, services, intellectual property and geographical indications, public procurement, and sanitary and phytosanitary measures. gov.uk reports it 'in effect' with full ratification without publishing the exact date of application; the OAS's SICE records the signature on Jul 18, 2019 and entry into force on 1 January 2021. There are no bilateral series with the United Kingdom in the file.
