Guatemala maintains partial-scope agreements (AAPs) with Belize, Cuba, Ecuador and Venezuela, all listed as in force by MINECO. The OAS's SICE records: Ecuador (AAP.A25TM No. 42) signed on 15 April 2011 and in force since 19 February 2013; Belize signed on Jun 26, 2006 and in force since 4 April 2010; Venezuela (ACE No. 23) signed on 30 October 1985, with no entry-into-force date given. The agreement with Cuba does not appear in SICE's list. The AAP with Belize is the only verified link to the English-speaking Caribbean.
