Railroad Development Corp. (RDC/Ferrovías) sued Guatemala at ICSID (ARB/07/23) under CAFTA-DR over the railway sector. The award of Jun 29, 2012 found, unanimously, a breach of the minimum standard of treatment (article 10.5 of CAFTA).
