Which investment treaties protect an investor in Guatemala (CAFTA-DR, BITs)?

CAFTA-DR has been in force for Guatemala since Jul 1, 2006 and its chapter 10 (investment) has been the basis of most of the claims against the State (RDC, TECO, Kappes). The Spain-Guatemala BIT (2002) was the basis of the two Iberdrola cases; the IC Power and GEB/TRECSA cases invoke instruments with Israel and Colombia whose exact identification is flagged for confirmation. UNCTAD also lists a 'Guatemala – United States ART (2026)' whose nature and status were not identified.
