The stock of public debt in 2025 was Q253,048 million (~US$33,000 million), according to Prensa Libre. The 2025 composition (Soy502, 2015-2025 series): domestic debt of Q138,299 million and external debt of Q114,749 million. Soy502 notes that the debt has grown by more than 100% in a decade. The Ministry of Public Finance (Minfin) publishes the monthly stock in its Public Debt Situation section; the dossier proposes tracking it as the indicator public_debt_gdp_pct.
