Within MAGA's Vice-Ministry of Agricultural Health and Regulations (VISAR), the National Aquatic Animal Health Programme (PRONASA) is the animal-health programme for aquaculture, and VISAR's import/export section publishes the forms that apply to aquatic products: the application for zoosanitary import authorisation of aquatic products and the traceability slip for importing aquatic animals, plus the import permit for unprocessed food. DIPESCA appears within VISAR's own menu, which places fisheries regulation and aquatic health under the same vice-ministry. Processed foods, by contrast, are registered with the MSPAS.

The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

Caveat

The published forms are cited; requirements by product were not transcribed.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
