The Dominican Republic's single free-zone rate was RD$18,781.00 from 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026 and rises to RD$20,875.00 from 1 June 2026 (Resolution CNS-03-2025 of the National Wage Committee, 28 April 2025, countersigned 30 April 2025; ‘+25% in total in two phases’ per EY, prior base to be verified). In dollars, ≈US$303 → ≈US$337 at roughly RD$62/US$ (approximate market rate, to be anchored against the central bank, BCRD). It sits about 30% below the Guatemalan maquila minimum with the bonus.
