Medium voltage, 20,000 kWh / 55.56 kW: ICE (Costa Rica) 17.37, CAESS (El Salvador) 21.72, EEGSA (Guatemala) 15.59, ENEE (Honduras) 17.95, DN/DS (Nicaragua) 21.53, ENSA (Panama, for reference) 18.15. Low voltage, 20,000 kWh: ICE 21.50, CAESS 25.51, EEGSA 16.49, Nicaragua 21.53, ENSA 20.61. Medium voltage, 80,000 kWh / 222.22 kW: EEGSA 15.59 against 17.37 (Costa Rica), 21.72 (El Salvador), 17.95 (Honduras), 21.81 (Nicaragua). High voltage, 80,000 kWh: EEGSA 14.75 vs ICE 16.66. ECLAC says it explicitly: EEGSA offers the lowest prices in industrial medium voltage. The Dominican Republic (outside SIEPAC) had a total average billed price of US$0.168/kWh in 2024; Mexico is not in the comparison.
