The Guatemala–Taiwan FTA is in force. Its Administrative Commission has built up 16 decisions; Decision No. 16 expands the sugar quota (documents published in Spanish, English and Mandarin). The signature and entry-into-force dates are not published on MINECO's page and remain to be verified. Nor does the file hold bilateral series for Taiwan (proposed as `trade_exports_tw` / `trade_imports_tw`).
