The FTA between Colombia and the Northern Triangle (Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras) is in force. The text runs to 21 chapters and MINECO publishes at least 17 decisions of the Administrative Commission. The exact signature and entry-into-force dates for Guatemala do not appear on MINECO's page and remain to be verified: the OAS's SICE, the appropriate source, returned an SSL/403 error from the research environment, so they must be settled with SICE or with the decrees of Congress.
