The DACE profile lists as excluded from the FTA with Mexico, among others: pork and chicken, milk, tomatoes, beans, bananas, pineapple, avocado, coffee, corn, rice, sugar, cement and petroleum derivatives. These products have no preferential access under the treaty. The profile's list is not exhaustive ('among others') and was not part of the audit spot-checks.
