The Administrative Commission of the Central America–Mexico FTA has built up 13 decisions. Decision 12 establishes the Regional Input Integration Committee (CIRI), a mechanism for waiving origin in cases of regional shortage — it allows goods using inputs from outside the region to qualify as originating when there is no regional supply — in force since 23 March 2024. Decision 13, on public procurement, is awaiting full entry into force. Verified in audit against the DACE profile.
The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
