The AACUE provides for 14 quotas in force in 2024. Besides sugar: bulk rum 10,000 t with 42.9% utilization in 2023; tuna loins 4,000 t, 68.7%; beef 2,454.2 t, 0%; rice 2,078 t, 0%; cassava starch 5,000 t, sweet corn 2,760 t, garlic 550 t, mushrooms 275 t and plastics 5,000 t, all with 0% utilization in 2023. The rum quota is half used and the non-traditional agricultural ones (beef, rice, cassava) are entirely unexploited — an entry opening documented with an official source.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
