The single export window (VUPE) — delegated by the Ministry of the Economy (MINECO) to AGEXPORT since 1998, and coordinating 12 institutions — concentrates the flow: (1) exporter registration with a SEADEX code (credentials in about an hour); (2) the customs export document — DEPREX for destinations outside Central America or DUCA F for Central America, issued through SEADEX Web 24/7; (3) the phytosanitary or zoosanitary certificate, issued through MAGA's offices inside VUPE (guide VUPE-SE-I-017 covers filing it via SEADEX Web; INAB and the Chamber of Commerce also keep offices there, the latter for origin); (4) the certificate of origin under the applicable free trade agreement, also at VUPE. The basis for VUPE is set out in dossier 06 §8.3.

The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
