Tecnopark is at km 67.5 of the road to Taxisco (CA-2 East), Escuintla, on 256 ha. Revista Summa reports 100 completed class A warehouses, with estimated investment of US$50 M and 700 direct jobs. The park markets itself as 35 minutes from Puerto Quetzal and one hour from the border with El Salvador, with fiber optics and full urbanization; this is a promotional claim, to be verified.
