According to JLL's 'Latin America Office Market' report (November 2024), cited by Inversión Inmobiliaria CR, Guatemala City had an office inventory of 627,000 m², 16,000 m² under construction, vacancy of 13.5% (down from 20.8% in 2023) and class A rent of US$9.50–15.00 per m² per month. These data were verified in the audit of 2026-08-19. The report does not break out class B rent for Guatemala; the dossier recommends seeking JLL's original PDF every six months for the office_class_a_rent_usd_m2 and office_vacancy_pct series.

The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
