The Single Window for Exports (VUPE) is a function delegated by the Ministry of the Economy to AGEXPORT in 1998; it coordinates 12 public and private institutions that authorize export documents. Its SEADEX Web platform issues the DUCA F, the DEPREX and the DUCA D electronically, 24/7; access credentials are issued in around 1 hour. The costs of the procedures are not recorded in the dossier.
